Q. Is this a real service?

A. No - this is a demonstration only. Please contact David Nye for further details.

Q. What service does Wisermove provide for this fee?

A. The service includes Internet advertising until you property is sold, a ‘For Sale’ board and photography. We come to your home to take photographs and erect a ‘For Sale Board’ (optional) within a 30-mile radius of Crawley and Exeter, outside this area we can scan your own pictures. We also provide a freephone number should you wish to contact us with any questions in relation to buying or selling your home.

Q. Can I use Wisermove as well as an Estate Agent?

A. Yes. As Wisermove is not an agent there is no conflict with any sole or multiple agency agreement you may have. However, if your contract with your agent gives them sole selling rights, you may have to pay the agent whether you find a buyer through us or not. In many case we believe that you should be able to avoid the commission. The following link to the Swarbrick and Co. Q. Does commission really add up to that much?

A. It is surprising! A typical agent will charge around 1.5% to 2% to sell you home for you. This means fee of £1,500 to £2,000 for a house valued at £100,000. What would you rather spend you money on?

Q. Can I really manage without an agent?

A. An agent provides no legal function, they purely match buyers to sellers – our site will do this for you.

Q. What happens when I find a buyer?

A. In the ‘Useful Info and Forms’ section of our site you will find our ‘Memorandum of Sale’. All you need to do is print this off, complete it and pass it to your solicitor who will prepare the necessary legal contract and supervise the exchange and completion in the normal way.
